Through yoga I learn to respect my body as it is, in every moment. I learn every morning in my daily breathing exercises and asanas that the day before has really passed. I am allowed to encounter myself anew every day and create something new, and that is what keeps me alive and makes me deeply grateful for the love I can feel when I take on a new pose with the next breath. Our body is the most valuable thing we possess. Yoga gives us tools to honor our temple and to keep it healthy.
There is only one answer to what yoga is: yoga is union.
Usually we know yoga in the form of this beautiful asanas, which means to train our body with exercises. But this is only one aspect of a deep science and should not be reduced to it.
Yoga unites our inner life to the whole, balances the feminine and masculine, yin and yang, our sun and our moon and awakens our inner Shakti - life energy - known as the Kundalini energy, which once activated is a constant source of energy for our whole body system .

Nika's Yogini Flow is composed of 9 years of ballet and jazz dance and 12 years of Pilates, Budokon, Power Yoga, Yogatherapy, Vinyasa Flow Yoga and Hatha Yoga. Her stay in India in the Yogametropole Rishikesh has allowed her to immerse herself deeper into the world of yoga and she will be further inspired by all the teachings and teachers who cross her path.

As flexible and playful like the wind, we let us flow in one movement to the next, sometimes gently, sometimes energetically, with the help of our breathing. Nothing needs, but everything can be. We accept our limitations without somewhere to arrive where others already are. We respect our body with all its blockages that show up in our bodies and open it sometimes slowly sometimes fast for its full potential.

SHAMANIC YOGA THERAPY
With this treatment, all you need is a yoga mat and your breath. I move your body to release blockages in your body system and will ask you several times to breathe into your blocked areas while I press, treat, massage and stretch the transforming body points.
Through yoga techniques such as pranayama (breathing exercise), mudras (hand position), and mantras (sacred words), your body is set into vibration to allow relaxation.

It is not a matter of not thinking about anything anymore, but of giving space, of listening to the inner talk, so that the informations no longer intervenes unconsciously. It's about mastering your senses and watching what you feel, think and need so you can actively make the right choices in your life that do us good.

I make different evenings, because just as no snowflake is the same, no meditation evening is the same. We are also different every day and have different needs. Rhythmic dance meditation, Laughing yoga, guided dream trips & Pranayama are just a few examples of how we will spend our evening, always with the aim to swing in our absolute love power.
